What is Christianity?
Christians are followers of Jesus Christ. Jesus lived and died about 2,000 years ago. Christians believe that he is the Son of God, that he rose to life again after he died, and that he calls us to faith in him. Our faith is called 'Christianity'.
There are lots of ways to begin to understand more about Christianity, why Christians believe what they believe, and what difference it makes. The best way is to meet some Christians. You can do that by coming to any of our services or other events. You and your questions will be very welcome!

What do Christians believe?

Those beliefs come from the Bible. It is the source of the doctrine of the Church of England, with the Book of Common Prayer, the Ordinal, and the Thirty-Nine Articles.
