Christian Meditation
"Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9
Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. Anxiety can affect how you feel physically, mentally and how you behave. If it's affecting your life, you may need to seek professional support. However, there are things you can try that may help.
Meditation may help you to re-frame unhelpful thoughts, focus on things you can control and recognise that you are not alone.
On this page, you will find some Christian resources which may help you.
