Could you be our new youthworker?

 

Wonderful Zoe has finished a great three years with us as our youthworker and the hunt is on for her replacement. Could it be you? Or do you know anyone who might fit the bill?

Are you:

• A self-starter with loads of ideas?
• Someone who has enjoyed working with older children and young people, maybe as a volunteer in church groups or on summer camps?
• Passionate about following Jesus?
• Ready to grow your leadership skills?

Our last youth worker successfully combined the role with studying for a degree. Youth for Christ are looking for a new team member to work at St Andrew’s. We are working in partnership with Cambridge & District Youth for Christ to fill the role, and the successful candidate will be one of their 'catalyst youth workers', based in St Andrew's but with all the excellent support, supervision  and training that comes from being part of that bigger network. We are really excited about this, and look forward to meeting the right person!
 
The role involves:
Leader groups for 9 year olds upwards
Sharing ideas
Creating events
Making a difference
