Living in Love & Faith
LLF is a Church of England project which brings together Christian teaching and learning about identity, sexuality, relationships and marriage. Its purpose is to inspire us to think more deeply about what it means to be human and to live in love and faith with one another. It is very much a response to modern dilemmas of gender and sexuality and allows biblical theological engagement with the issues that are around us every day. It is neither a simple restatement of traditional views, nor an automatic bridge to liberalisation, but very much an attempt to drive informed reflection and open discussion.
The material the national church has provided is high quality. The LLF website is here.
St Andrew's will focus on LLF for six weeks.
6 June Introduction
13 June LLF 1 Learning Together – Eeva John preaching

Eeva John taught at Ridley Hall and then became part of the group who brought LLF to fruition. Her particular contribution was a set of pastoral principles which form the start of the course. Revd Michael Volland is Principal of Ridley Hall. We are very pleased to be able to welcome them as part of this series, and to welcome back Bishop Stephen.
Some house groups will meet weekly for 5 weeks to coincide with LLF sessions 1 to 5.
There will also be additional groups to join if you like:
Mondays at 10.30 am from 14 June to 12 July, hosted by Mary & Chris Cooper in the Johnson Hall
Mondays at 7.30 pm from 14 June to 12 July, hosted by Clare Coates on Zoom
If you would like to join a house group or one of these additional groups to do this please get in touch on firstname.lastname@example.org.
