Church Electoral Roll

vote - 800 x 400

Those on the church electoral roll are entitled to attend the church annual meeting, receive all the reports about the affairs and finances of the church, have their say, and elect the church officers.

The church officers work with the vicar in running the church and in making the decisions that affect what we do now and in the future. The elected officers include the churchwardens, the assistant wardens, the deanery synod representatives, and the lay members of the PCC.

Every six years we have to completely renew the church electoral roll, and that is this year! So even if you have been on the electoral roll for decades you have to sign up again if you want to be on the roll.

It is easy to do. Just download, print, complete and sign the form - click here to get it. Or there are ready printed hard copies available in church.

You can join the electoral roll at any time, but the last time to do so for the 2025 elections is 24 April.

Then leave it at the church office in the Verger's Cottage, 1 Gog Magog Way, CB22 5BQ, or at the Vicarage at 43 Mingle Lane, CB22 5SY - or hand it to Felicity Cooke or Simon Taylor in church on a Sunday.
