Our new Bishop 

 

The process for the selection of the new Bishop for the Diocese of Ely is now well under way. 

The Diocese has now published its Statement of Needs, which you can read here. 

Our Felicity Cooke, Lizzie Taylor and Simon Taylor were all on the Vacancy in See Committee which drafted this.

Felicity Cooke has been elected to the Crown Nominations Commission, which is the selection and interview panel for the new Bishop.

So, good progress. But don't hold your breath! The selection will not be until the middle or end of next year.
