The weekend marks 80 years commemoration of WW2 AFP Fane spitfire which was shot down in the field next to Stapleford Granary
Come and meet Tony Hoskins who will be exhibiting the history & backstory. One of AFP Fane’s pre-war racing cars will be joining a section of a restored Spitfire together with an iconic Rolls-Royce Merlin engine!
Headline folk band MISHRA joins us on the day from 2pm - 4pm
Join the Mishra live music concert from 2-4pm - a global collective and imaginative, fresh new voice in folk. Their sumptuous blend of Indian percussive rhythms, low whistling Celtic melodies, British and North American traditional songs with hints of jazz.
