There is a really good website called Your Church Wedding that answers lots of questions about weddings in the Church of England.
St Andrew's has engaged with the Living in Love & Faith process and reiterates its welcome and inclusion of everyone, including LGBT people. More details about the Prayers of Love & Faith that resulted from this process are here.
